I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT NEVER RECEIVED A EMAIL CONFIRMATION?

If you did not receive an email from Hellcat Collection within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam and or junk mail. There is also the possibility the email address on file might be mispelled.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order please email hellcatcollection@yahoo.com as soon as possible. We try our best to process orders quickly and once an order has been fulfilled, we can not cancel the order.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Allow 3-5 business days on domestic orders and 7-21 business days on international orders to be received. An email notification will be sent advising the order has been shipped.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU REUSE A PAIR OF MINK LASHES?

Hellcat Collection provides high-quality premium Siberian mink lashes, with the proper care and upkeep, on average you will get 10-25 uses.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Orders may be cancelled due to:

1. The item(s) sold out.
2. Billing information provided does not match the credit/debit card on file for the order.
